Enhancement Agreement - Mar Jok Elementary School - Outdoor Basketball Court

    THAT:  The Board of Education enter into an Enhancement Agreement with Mar Jok Elementary School PAC for the creation of an Outdoor Basketball Court outlined in Appendix D, as attached to the Agenda, and as presented at the January 8, 2020 Planning and Facilities Committee Meeting.
